Get the AdSense Publisher Toolbar in Chrome for Instand AdSense Stats

Submitted by on January 20, 2012 – 10:58 AMNo Comment | 15 views

Most of the bloggers, including myself, are stat freaks and especially for them, but also for anybody who wants to have their AdSense account reports one click-away, Google has launched the AdSense Publisher Toolbar for Chrome, a nifty extension that shows your blog’s performance in AdSense terms. Here’s a screenshot of how it looks like:

One really important and interesting feature I love about the AdSense Publisher Toolbar is that it allows you to see instantly how well (or bad) your different Google AdSense ads performed today, the previous day and the past 7 days simply by hovering over the ad. This will easily allow you to find out banners that are not performing well and to make appropriate changes.

To start using the AdSense Publisher Toolbar extension in Chrome, just follow these steps:

- Go to the Chrome Web Store (click the link) and download the AdSense Publisher Toolbar. This will add the toolbar icon to your browser.
- You’ll then need to grant the toolbar access to your AdSense account. To do so, click the toolbar icon and then sign in to Google Accounts with your AdSense login and password.
- Next, visit a website where you’ve implemented your ad code, and enable the toolbar by clicking on the toolbar icon again.

If you’re using Chrome as your main browser, then you’ve just found a must have extension!
